WITHDRAW CONTRACT

This page explains your withdrawal rights and allows you to request cancellation of all or part of an order.

Please review the information below before submitting your withdrawal request.  We will send confirmation once we have received your request.

YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days  of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You may do this using the withdrawal form on this page.

If you withdraw from your purchase you must return the goods to us.  Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned, we will process any refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Submitting the form on this page constitutes notice of your intention to withdraw from or cancel the contract.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

1. Review the cancellation rights information to confirm that your purchase is eligible for cancellation.

2. Complete and submit the withdrawal request form below before your cancellation period expires.

3. The form will show confirmation upon submission, and we will send an email confirming receipt of your request to cancel.

4. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel the affected items today.

 5. If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery where this option is available. Alternatively, you may return the goods after delivery in accordance with the instructions we send you.

6. If your order has already been delivered, please follow the instructions we will send you to return the goods.

7. Once any returned goods are received, any refund due will be processed in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
