🌐 Destination Countries


We focus our delivery network strictly on countries where we can guarantee seamless customs clearing and full regulatory compliance. We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • United Kingdom & The Channel Islands
  • The Netherlands 
  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein
  • Czech Republic
  • Estonia
  • Finland
Please note: If your country is not listed above, we unfortunately do not offer shipping to your location at this time due to localized cross-border packaging rules and administrative restrictions.

📦 Our Eco-Friendly Packaging Promise


We care deeply about our environmental footprint and the circular economy. To support local recycling loops and ensure full alignment with the European Union’s Packaging Regulations (PPWR), every order we dispatch utilizes optimized, zero-waste shipping materials.:

  • 100% Mono-Material: Your parcel is shipped exclusively in a paper-based cardboard box or heavy-duty paper envelope [LUCID Register].
  • Plastic-Free Seals: We seal our cartons using high-quality recyclable paper tape with natural adhesives.
  • Right-Sized Shipping: We never use oversized boxes. Our packaging is closely tailored to the dimensions of your items to keep empty space to an absolute minimum and reduce transit emissions. 
  • Easy Recycling: Because the tape and the box are made of the exact same paper fibers, you can throw the entire unseparated package directly into your standard household paper recycling bin.

🚚 Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Tracking: As soon as your order dispatches, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package from our door to yours.
  • Customs & Duties: Outside the UK, where possible, we will dispatch Delivery Duty Paid as this is typically lower cost for you and results in quicker deliveries.  Where this is not possible we will dispatch Delivery Duty Unpaid in which case any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees levied at the border are the responsibility of the customer.
