Returns Information
- We only accept authorised returns.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they arrived.
- Unless otherwise stated, return postage is your responsibility.
- You may use any postal service or courier. Make sure you obtain proof of postage. You are responsible for items until they reach us.
- We refund the price paid for the returned items to your original payment method. Unless otherwise stated, we do not refund the original shipping costs.
- We do not refund any duties, taxes or tariffs on international orders. These payments are made directly to the relevant tax authority. You may be able to reclaim these charges from your local customs or tax authority by providing evidence the goods were returned.
